Supervision services

I provide Individual Schema Therapy Supervision with a nurturing approach that balances empathy with clear direction.

What makes Schema Therapy supervision unique is the depth of emotional engagement and self-reflection it involves.

You can expect not only to build technical skills but also to explore your own schemas and modes as they appear in your work with clients, fostering personal development alongside professional competence.

As a Schema Therapy supervisor, I take on multiple roles to guide supervisees in mastering this integrative therapeutic approach.

Coach and Teacher:

As a coach and a teacher, my focus is on training you in the Schema Therapy model, from schema case conceptualization to the effective use of schema therapy techniques. This role ensures that you are well-equipped with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to work confidently with clients

Mentor and Role Model:

In the mentor role, I help identify when your own schemas and modes are activated during therapeutic work. Together, we’ll address these activations using techniques such as limited re-parenting, empathic confrontation, limit setting, and self-disclosure. By modeling these strategies, I aim to foster both personal insight and professional competence.

Limited Re-Parenting Agent:

The third role involves acting as a limited re-parenting agent, particularly when you encounter schema triggers in your interactions with clients. In these instances, I provide a supportive environment for limited “self therapy”, using self-disclosure, empathic confrontation etc. to help you navigate these emotional responses and enhance your ability to manage them effectively.

In addition, I am an Independent Tape Rater for ISST certification, providing tape ratings for both Standard and Advanced level certifications in Individual Schema Therapy.

I provide my services in English, Serbian, Croatian, Montenegrin, Bosnian and I also speak French.

I’d love to be the part of your journey toward more confident, grounded therapeutic practice.

Let’s explore how supervision can help you become the therapist you aspire to be. If you’re ready to grow both personally and professionally, I’d love to support you through supervision.
